This vase was wheel-thrown using a red clay and decorated with a glossy white glaze. It features one of my handprinted designs of a three wading birds in the tide line.
The base of the vase is unglazed giving a lovely, rich contrast of textures and colours between the glaze and the clay.
Dimensions (please note these are approximate): diameter at base: 7.5cm, height: 11.5cm
